The Customer Respect Group: Partners: Customer Carewords
The
Customer Respect Group is an international research and consulting firm
that uses its Customer Respect Index (CRI™) structured methodology to
help companies improve the online experience. The methodology
identifies barriers that will reduce website effectiveness and,
consequently, frustrate customers completing key tasks.
Since 2003, the company has evaluated thousands of websites, and
created a comprehensive knowledgebase of best, common and current
practices, trends and online behavior across a wide range of
industries. The CRI Industry Benchmarks are often-quoted usability
metrics with high scores often cited on company websites and annual
reports.
Some of the largest Fortune 500 companies have retained the company to
assist in developing effective online strategies. The client list
includes Verizon, AT&T, MetLife, Dell, EDS, Proctor & Gamble,
Sears and UPS.
