Sabel Online specializes in online communications in the broadest sense of the word. We advise our customers on strategic communications, perform target group and other online research, provide interaction and graphical design, and develop websites, intranets, social media campaigns, et cetera. And we monitor our clients' online endeavours as well as provide site management and editorial services to consistently optimise their results.

We work passionately for municipal, provincial and national governments (Westland and Venlo municipalities, Noord-Brabant province, Education, Culture & Science and Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation ministry), national and international financial and insurance corporations (Rabobank International,Achmea/Eureko), and technical services and business services companies (NedTrain, KPMG).

Boudewijn Bugter

Boudewijn Bugter is co-owner of Sabel Communicatie and has worked in online communications for almost a decade.

He worked as a content manager for the Dutch Road Traffic Safety Association (Veilig Verkeer Nederland). After that he worked as the web manager for ProRail, the government organisation that manages and maintains the railway network infrastructure in the Netherlands. Here, he redeveloped several websites. He was also responsible for the redevelopment and implementation of intranet strategy. He managed the web team (one editor, one webmaster) and also supervised a team of 90 content editors spread throughout the organisation.
