Increasingly brands, organizations and management are becoming disconnected from their customers. In the Age of the Customer, this is a dangerous trend. Organizations give horrible digital work environments to their employees and then wonder why there is some much disengagement at work. (Disengaged employees lead to disengaged customers.) 80% of managers think they deliver a “superior” customer experience, but only 8% of customers agree.
